I'd love to host a private cozy yoga session by the water at my mum's place —featuring restorative movement, calming breath, and sound healing to soothe your nervous system and leave you feeling grounded, rested, and recharged.

Hey! I’m so glad you’re thinking about joining me for a private yoga session at my mum's home in Chester Basin! This is super relaxed, nothing fancy—just a cozy practice at my place, tailored to what you need that day.

​

It's a magical place with almost 360 views of the ocean. This will be a cozy, gentle experience that blends restorative yoga with the soothing tones of sound healing.

​

My teaching style is gentle, slow, and grounding. Think long holds, deep breaths, and space to just be. It’s the perfect reset if you’ve been feeling scattered, stiff, or just craving some calm.

​​

This isn’t your typical yoga class—it’s more like a comfy sleepover under the sky, with blankets, bolsters (or pillows!), and nature as our soundtrack.

​

I've created a Doodle form to confirm a date that works for everyone. You can complete the Doodle form by clicking on the button "CHOOSE A DATE", and I'll confirm which date works best! I've shared dates for July & August, but we could also do a session in Sept or Oct.

 

Price is $40 per person.​

What To Expect for Yoga By the Sea?

MY INTENTION IS TO CREATE A UNIQUE EXPERIENCE TO SPEND WITH YOUR FRIENDS AND ENJOY THE NATURE AND RECONNECT TO YOURSELF THROUGH RESTORATIVE YOGA AND SOUND HEALING. â€‹â€‹

What's Included:

  • 90-minute restorative yoga class

  • Sound healing meditation

  • Fresh ocean air & sea views

​

What to Bring:

  • Warm clothes (layers are key—Nova Scotia weather has a mind of its own, as you know!!)

  • A blanket & a yoga mat

  • A bolster (or a firm pillow works just fine!)

  • Anything else to make you comfy—eye pillow, socks,.

Things to note:

  • If the weather isn't great, we can practice inside and still enjoy the ocean views from the comfort of the indoors!

  • After the session, we could also organize a potluck OR go into Mahone Bay for a meal, it has lots of great restaurant options!

Hi, I'm Chloe!

I’m a certified yoga teacher & sound healer from Bedford, Nova Scotia. I grew up here, and then at 21, I left Canada to live abroad—and I’ve been traveling and living around the world ever since.

​

Yoga has been my anchor through all of it.

 

No matter where I am, it’s the thing that brings me back to myself. It helps me land, breathe, and remember what matters.

 

My teaching style is gentle, restorative, and slow—a conscious shift away from the constant hustle we’re conditioned to believe equals success. I’m all about flipping that script.

​

Because I really believe that slowing down isn’t falling behind—it’s the key to feeling more grounded, connected, and honestly… happier. Yoga gives us space to do that. And I love sharing that with others.

 

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or just craving a softer, more mindful practice - I hope we can practice together!

How This Works:

Next steps to join your private YOGA BY THE SEA

1. Complete Doodle Form and choose the time slots that work for you (choose all that apply!)

2. I'll choose the time that suits best for everyone

3. Payment of $40 per person to be completed 48h prior to session.

4. Arrive at Chester Basin 15mins prior to the start and we'll get set up!

5. Relax and enjoy your restorative yoga and sound​6. Cancellation is possible only 24h prior with a full refund. After 24h, a refund will not be provided.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. What if I'm new to yoga?

No problem! My classes are accessible to all levels, even if it's your first yoga experience.

2. What yoga styles do you teach?

I offer restorative classes. This includes yin restorative, yin yoga, and sound healing. These styles are gentle and slow and provide you the opportunity to take time for yourself. Shifting your awareness from the external to internal. Tuning into yourself and checking in. 

3.Do I need special equipment? 

For these sessions, I recommend bringing a yoga mat, a bolster, and blanket. If you don't have a bolster, a pillow is a great alternative!

4. How long are the sessions?

The session is 90 minutes, and we could organize a potlock or go out for some food afterwards to make it a full road trip experience in Chester!
