There were so many moments I wanted to quit.
What kept me going wasn’t ultralight gear or perfect planning — it was the mindset tools I’d spent years teaching to others.
Before the trail, I led mindfulness programs for executives, helping them stay grounded under pressure. Those same strategies became my lifeline on trail — helping me reset when things got hard, and keep walking when every part of me wanted to stop.
