YOUR MIND-AND-TRAIL COACH WITH REAL EXPERIENCE
In 2023, I set out to thru-hike the Pacific Crest Trail with no backpacking experience.
I carried all the fears - injury, loneliness, self-doubt, and the question every first-time thru-hiker asks: Can I actually do this?
There were so many moments I wanted to quit.
What kept me going wasn’t ultralight gear or perfect planning — it was the mindset tools I’d spent years teaching to others.
Before the trail, I led mindfulness programs for executives, helping them stay grounded under pressure. Those same strategies became my lifeline on trail — helping me reset when things got hard, and keep walking when every part of me wanted to stop.
WITHOUT THOSE TOOLS, I WOULD NOT HAVE MADE IT TO CANADA
Now, I help aspiring thru-hikers build that same mental toolkit — so when the trail tests you (and it will!), you’ll have what you need to stay focused, motivated, and finish what you started.
