ABOUT ME
My whole world turned upside when I lost my dad suddenly at age 25.
I've been on a self-healing journey ever since.
I'm passionate about creating a safe space for others to let go, relax, integrate and heal.
We are all fighting our own internal battles. The importance of kindness goes so far in this world.
I'm so grateful to my journey of yin yoga and sound healing. These healing modalities have helped me navigate grief, self-compassion and showing up in this world in the most authentic way I know.

Chloé has such a calm energy that you feel relaxed and safe as soon as you enter the room. The relaxation works itself deeper and deeper into your body throughout the session, all the way into your bones!
