This isn't power yoga.

WHAT THIS IS:

Think: breathe, pause, soften, rest 

Each week, we'll join online for a 75 minute container that includes restorative yoga, mindful chats, and reflection

Each session blends:

  • slow, supportive restorative yoga

  • gentle mindfulness and body awareness

  • optional, low-pressure conversation and sharing

Btw - no experience required, come as you are!

🌟 you’ve already completed a thru-hike and are still gently processing it all, while wanting to stay connected to people who understand

A steady, grounding pause — before the trail, after the trail, or somewhere in between.

How It Will Work

STARTING THIS FEBRUARY!

When: Sundays at 8:00am PT

Format: Live on Zoom

Cost: $12 USD per session ($42 monthly!)

Length: 75 minutes

Each live session includes:

  • Restorative yoga (fully supported, floor-based)

  • Mindful check-in prompts

  • Space to share if you want — or just listen if you don’t

 

You’ll also receive:

  • A 7-day replay of the class in case you can't join live, or you'd like to return to it anytime that week
