This isn't power yoga.
This isn't a workout.
It’s a place to slow down, settle, and land.



WHAT THIS IS:
Think: breathe, pause, soften, rest
Each week, we'll join online for a 75 minute container that includes restorative yoga, mindful chats, and reflection
Each session blends:

gentle mindfulness and body awareness

optional, low-pressure conversation and sharing
Btw - no experience required, come as you are!

A steady, grounding pause — before the trail, after the trail, or somewhere in between.
How It Will Work
STARTING THIS FEBRUARY!
When: Sundays at 8:00am PT
Format: Live on Zoom
Cost: $12 USD per session ($42 monthly!)
Length: 75 minutes
Each live session includes:

Restorative yoga (fully supported, floor-based)

Mindful check-in prompts

Space to share if you want — or just listen if you don’t
