CLASS TYPES
EACH CLASS IS 60 MINUTES DESIGNED TO SUPPORT YOUR BODY IN SHIFTING OUT OF STRESS MODE AND INTO A MORE REGULATED, CONNECTED STATE.
YIN YOGA
A slow floor-based practice that gently targets deeper layers of the body. We hold shapes for longer periods, giving your nervous system time to down-regulate, your breath to deepen, and your body to soften.
SOUND BATH
A fully restful experience where you lie down and are guided by sound. Using Tibetan Singing Bowls and subtle vibrations, this practice helps the body move into a parasympathetic state - the place where healing, repair, and integration happen. You don't need to do anything, just receive.
EMBODIED YOGA
A fluid, asana-based practice rooted in how it feels, not how it looks. We'll move through a gentle sequence designed to build strength, mobility, and awareness - while staying deeply connected to your breath and internal experience. We'll also work with myofascial release using massage balls (provided), helping to release tension, improve circulation, and bring awareness to areas we often hold unconsciously. You’ll leave feeling more open, grounded, and at home in your body.
YIN & SOUND
We begin with slow, floor-based yin shapes, allowing the body to soften, the fascia to release, and the nervous system to gently downshift. From there, you’ll settle fully into stillness - lying down, supported and at ease and receive Tibetan sound healing through bowls and subtle vibrations that move through the body. You’ll leave feeling regulated, spacious, and deeply restored.

HI, I'M CHLOE

I’m a yoga teacher, long-distance hiker, and mindfulness coach
and for the past few years, I’ve been living and working remotely while travelling full-time.
I’ve practiced yoga in places like Bali, Canada, and Scotland, learning how different environments shape the way we move, breathe, and connect to ourselves.
Yoga has been my anchor through some of the biggest transitions in my life. It’s what brought me back to myself when everything felt uncertain, and it’s what I keep coming back to, wherever I am in the world.
Right now, I’m visiting my mum here in Jesus Pobre and I’d love the chance to share this practice, connect, and meet like-minded people who value slow movement, mindfulness, travel, and time in nature.
There's no better place than Jesús Pobre in the spring.
Hope to meet you very soon!
